Coastal Crew started with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who communicates clearly, shows up when they say they will, and gives an honest answer — even when that answer doesn't lead to a sale.

My name is Eric, and I started Coastal Crew after years of working throughout the construction industry. My experience has taken me through residential construction, structural and civil work, and large commercial and infrastructure projects. Along the way, I saw firsthand how much trust matters in this business.

Coastal Crew was built to bring that experience back to the homeowner.

We're a local Hampton Roads company focused on roofing and exterior construction. Whether we're looking at a small repair or a complete roof replacement, our approach is the same: understand the problem first, explain the options clearly, and recommend the solution we believe makes sense for the homeowner.

That's also why we created our Free Roof Health Check. We don't believe every roofing problem requires a new roof. If a repair makes sense, we'll tell you. If your roof is still in good condition, we'll tell you that too. And when replacement really is the right choice, we'll explain what we're seeing and help you understand your options.
